About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your application for, access to and participation in The Gold Club, a trading education and community brand operated through the UAE-based corporate structure of Crypto Global Money (“CGM”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

By applying to join, becoming a member of or participating in The Gold Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not apply for or participate in the community.

About The Gold Club

The Gold Club is a global online community providing trading education, market-related discussion, community resources and other educational or informational material made available to members from time to time.

The Gold Club is delivered digitally and does not operate from a single physical community location. Eligible members may participate from permitted countries and territories around the world, while community managers, administrators and contributors may operate from different countries or locations.

The community currently uses online platforms including Telegram and Discord. We may add, replace, remove or change the platforms, services, features or resources used by The Gold Club where reasonably necessary.

Eligibility and Applications

Membership of The Gold Club is subject to eligibility requirements and approval by us.

• You must be legally permitted to participate in The Gold Club from the country or territory in which you are resident or based and must not be resident in, based in or applying from a country or territory designated by us as restricted.
• The current list of restricted countries and territories is provided during the application process and may be updated where necessary to reflect legal, regulatory, compliance, operational or third-party service requirements.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the application process and meet any verification, account or membership requirements stated at the time of application.
• You must not attempt to circumvent geographical, eligibility or verification restrictions by providing false information, using another person’s details, misrepresenting your location or otherwise concealing information relevant to your eligibility.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into The Gold Club. We may approve or refuse an application where we reasonably consider this necessary for eligibility, compliance, security, community-management or operational reasons.

Membership

Membership of The Gold Club is personal to you and must not be sold, transferred, shared or otherwise made available to another person.

You are responsible for ensuring that information relevant to your eligibility or membership remains accurate. If your circumstances change in a way that may affect your eligibility, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Information provided as part of your application or membership may be used to verify eligibility, location restrictions, account status and community access in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Brokers and Partner Services

The Gold Club may introduce, refer or link members to third-party brokers, platforms, tools, education providers or other partner services.

Eligibility for The Gold Club may include holding or registering an eligible account with a third-party provider, including Dominion Markets, using the referral arrangements specified during the application process.

These third parties operate independently from The Gold Club. Any account you open with a third-party provider, and any financial, trading or other services they provide, are subject to that provider’s own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, risk disclosures and regulatory arrangements.

Crypto Global Money and The Gold Club do not operate your third-party trading account, hold your trading funds or control the execution, pricing, availability or performance of services supplied by an independent broker or trading platform.

Your decision to open, maintain, fund or use any third-party account remains entirely your own.

Affiliate Relationships and Referrals

The Gold Club, Crypto Global Money or an associated CGM entity may receive a commission, referral fee, rebate or other commercial benefit when a member registers with, deposits funds with, uses or trades through certain third-party brokers, platforms or partner services introduced or linked to by us.

The existence of a referral, affiliate or commercial relationship does not change your responsibility to assess whether a third-party service is suitable for you.

You should review the relevant provider’s terms, risk disclosures, privacy policy and regulatory information before opening an account, depositing funds or using its services.

Educational and Community Content

Content provided within The Gold Club is made available for general information, education and community discussion purposes only.

Nothing provided through The Gold Club should be understood as personalised financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, portfolio management or a recommendation that you should enter into, exit from or maintain any particular trade, investment or financial position.

Examples, opinions, charts, technical analysis, market observations, commentary, educational material and discussions may be shared within the community for educational or informational purposes.

You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions, trading activity, investment decisions, risk management and assessment of whether any product, service or financial activity is appropriate for you.

Trading and Investment Risk

Trading and investing involve financial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the money involved.

Leveraged products may expose you to particularly significant and rapid losses and may not be suitable for everyone.

Past performance, historical market behaviour, examples of successful trades, educational content or opinions expressed within the community do not guarantee future results.

You should carefully consider your own circumstances, knowledge, experience and risk tolerance before participating in trading or investment activity and obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that membership of The Gold Club will result in financial profit, improved trading performance, successful investment decisions or any particular financial outcome.

Educational material, community discussion, market commentary and examples are provided to support education, learning and discussion and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance.

Individual results may be affected by many factors outside our control, including your own decisions, knowledge, experience, risk management, market conditions and the performance of third-party services.

Community Conduct

Members are expected to treat each other, community managers, administrators and contributors with reasonable respect and to use The Gold Club responsibly.

• You must not use The Gold Club to harass, threaten, abuse or deliberately intimidate another person, publish hateful or seriously offensive material, impersonate another person or organisation, or deliberately disrupt the community.
• You must not use the community to distribute spam, scams, fraudulent schemes, malware, malicious links or deliberately misleading information.
• You must not use The Gold Club for unauthorised advertising, solicitation or promotion, or attempt to obtain another member’s passwords, financial information, account credentials or other sensitive personal information.
• You must not use the community for unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, or interfere with the normal operation or security of The Gold Club.

Community managers may moderate, restrict or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members or maintain the normal operation of the community.

Member Contributions

Members may contribute messages, comments, images, charts, opinions, analysis or other material within community channels.

You remain responsible for material you submit and should only share content that you have the right to share.

Views expressed by individual community members are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of The Gold Club, Crypto Global Money, its administrators or its contributors.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of information supplied by other community members. You should independently assess information before relying upon it.

Telegram, Discord and Other Community Platforms

The Gold Club currently uses third-party communication and community platforms including Telegram and Discord.

Your use of these services is also governed by the terms, policies and privacy practices of the relevant platform provider.

We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, security, functionality or continued suitability for The Gold Club.

We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, service interruptions, platform changes, security incidents or other events caused by an independent third-party platform that are outside our reasonable control.

Where necessary, we may move, replace or supplement the platforms used to provide The Gold Club community.

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, material created by or for The Gold Club, including written educational content, graphics, branding, videos, documents, resources, training material and other original content, remains the intellectual property of Crypto Global Money or the relevant rights holder.

Membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use that material for your own private and non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, licence, redistribute, commercially exploit or publicly distribute protected Gold Club material without prior permission.

You must not represent Gold Club material as your own or remove copyright, branding or ownership notices from material supplied through the community.

Private and Community-Only Information

Certain discussions, resources, communications or materials may be intended only for members of The Gold Club.

Where information is clearly private, confidential, member-only or otherwise not intended for public distribution, you should not reproduce or distribute it outside the community without permission.

This does not prevent you from reporting unlawful conduct, complying with a legal obligation or exercising a legal right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Suspension or Removal from The Gold Club

We may suspend, restrict or terminate a person’s membership where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions or community rules have been breached.

Membership may also be restricted or terminated where false, misleading or incomplete information has been supplied, where a person is no longer eligible for membership, or where continued access creates a legal, regulatory, compliance, security or operational concern.

We may remove a member who seriously or repeatedly disrupts the community, abuses another member, administrator or contributor, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity or otherwise creates a material risk to The Gold Club or its members.

Serious breaches may result in immediate suspension or removal without prior warning.

Where appropriate, we may refuse a future application from a person whose membership has previously been suspended or terminated.

Leaving The Gold Club

You may choose to leave The Gold Club at any time by leaving the relevant community channels or requesting that your membership be closed.

Information relating to your previous membership may continue to be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for administration, compliance, security, record-keeping, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Leaving The Gold Club does not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities that arose before your membership ended.

Availability and Changes to The Gold Club

We aim to keep The Gold Club available and useful to members, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access to any particular community channel, platform, feature, resource, contributor or service.

We may change, replace, suspend or discontinue parts of The Gold Club where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, commercial, security, legal or compliance reasons.

Membership does not guarantee access to any particular administrator, contributor, educational resource, market commentary, event, trading session or frequency of content unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may also change community structures, membership requirements or platform arrangements as The Gold Club develops.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Global Money, The Gold Club and their respective companies, officers, managers, employees, contractors, administrators and contributors will not be liable for losses arising from a member’s own trading, investment or financial decisions or from reliance upon general educational or informational content provided through the community.

We are not responsible for losses arising from decisions made using information, opinions or material supplied by another community member.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from independent third-party services, platform outages, communications failures, account restrictions, technical failures or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information supplied when applying for or participating in The Gold Club is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include information required to verify eligibility, location restrictions, membership status, identity, contact details or associated account information where relevant to the operation of the community.

The Gold Club operates internationally and authorised personnel, service providers or community platforms may operate from or process information in different countries or jurisdictions.

International Membership

The Gold Club is an international online community and may be accessed by eligible members from permitted countries and territories around the world.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in The Gold Club and your use of any related third-party service are lawful in the country or territory in which you are resident, based or accessing the service.

Availability of The Gold Club in a particular country does not mean that every broker, financial product, service, trading activity or third-party platform discussed within the community is legally available or appropriate in that country.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you and which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Gold Club is operated through the UAE-based corporate structure of Crypto Global Money.

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply under applicable law, these Terms & Conditions and your relationship with The Gold Club will be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant Crypto Global Money operating entity in the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or membership of The Gold Club will be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to that operating entity in the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to The Gold Club, our services, membership requirements, technology, legal or regulatory obligations, third-party providers or the way the community operates.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where a change is significant, we may also notify members through an appropriate community channel or other reasonable means.

We encourage members to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

General

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated separately and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

A failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on one occasion does not prevent us from enforcing that provision at a later date.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer and any community rules or notices that apply to your participation in The Gold Club.
